We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back by providing a detailed explanation of the reason for your dissatisfaction. This explanation will help us understand your concerns and work towards improving our products and services.

You are eligible for reimbursement of the non-consumed days within 3 calendar days of your purchase, provided that you provide a satisfactory explanation. Please note that the explanation should clearly outline the issues you experienced with the product and why it did not meet your expectations.

After the 3-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, and we will be unable to process any reimbursement requests. We encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible if you have any concerns regarding your purchase.

VPN Requirement for IPTV Service:

Please note that our IPTV service may require the use of a VPN to ensure uninterrupted access. Due to the technical requirements of the service and potential limitations imposed by internet service providers, refunds cannot be provided if you encounter any issues with our service and have not utilized a VPN.

To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience, we strongly recommend using a VPN when accessing our service. By utilizing a VPN, you can bypass any potential restrictions imposed by your internet service provider and enjoy our IPTV service without interruptions. This is particularly important in regions such as Italy, where internet service providers may occasionally throttle or block IPTV services.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and use a VPN service if necessary. We cannot be held accountable for any issues or limitations arising from the failure to use a VPN.

To ensure the continuity of our services and invest in infrastructure improvements, we have allocated a budget to address such events. In the event of server downtime caused by government actions, we offer an alternative solution for our valued customers. We can provide you with access to another reliable server for a nominal price, based on the remaining unused subscription days. We will cover most of the costs, and you will only be required to pay 35% of the original subscription amount.

Here are the details of the pricing based on the unconsumed period:

  • If the remaining period is more than 6 months, we will provide you with a 12-month account for only 23 euros.
  • If the remaining period is between 3 months and 6 months, we will offer you a 6-month account for only 17 euros.
  • If the remaining period is between 3 months and 3 days, we will provide you with a 3-month account for only 12 euros.

Please note that these options are applicable only if our IPTV service is down due to government actions. We aim to minimize any inconvenience caused and offer you continued access to IPTV services.

Refund Method:
